This time, the head baker was not only eager to take a photo, but he also pulled the boss lady into the frame. Although... that hand gesture of yours is a bit of a scene-stealer, Master... (Where on earth did you learn that sideways peace sign? 🤣)

Having spent most of their lives guarding the ovens and the scent of pastries, seeing them beam with such joy while holding the award-winning red banner for our "Mini Fruit Pastry: Pineapple Snow Oolong" makes all the hard work during the development period worthwhile.

That our "Mini Fruit Pastry: Pineapple Snow Oolong" won the Ministry of Economic Affairs' [Taiwan Pastry Silver Diamond Award] is not only due to our family's three-generation craftsmanship, but we must also give special thanks to our important partner, Xunchatie (Tea Seeking Notes)!

Were it not for their insistence on quality and their provision of such pure and elegantly fragrant "Snow Oolong tea powder," it would have been difficult for us to blend traditional fruity notes with delicate tea undertones so perfectly, creating this work that left the judges amazed. We must, of course, share this happy moment with Xunchatie!
