Xishi Elementary School fruit cookie making experience
Recently, I went to Xishi Elementary School to teach
and introduce them to the local specialty, fruit cake.
Although it was only for a few short hours,
through hands-on experience,
they learned about the fun and the challenges of making pastries.
I hope that besides leaving with full stomachs,
this experience will also provide them with new insights.
