"Tainan Good Life" Interview

Thanks to the "Tainan Good Life" program for the interview.
In the program, we briefly cover the origins of the Danbing Festival and fruit cakes, as well as the feelings I had when I first returned to take over the family business
I’m always incredibly nervous before an interview,
but it also feels like reviewing every moment of the journey so far:
all the friction, hard work, low points, racking my brain, and the scars from being burned by baking trays

)
It’s a vivid reminder of why I made that original decision.
Starting a business is never easy, and transforming a traditional bakery is even harder.
