Taiwanese Shikuwasa is also known as "Taiwan Flat Lemon," "Mountain Tangerine," or "Sour Tangerine."
In Japan, it is known as Shikuwasa.
It is mainly distributed in Taiwan and Okinawa.
Taiwanese Shikuwasa is a type of citrus native to Taiwan.
It has a unique, fresh fragrance
and is rich in various antioxidant components
such as nobiletin, hesperidin, and polyphenols.
Its vitamin C content is up to 30 times that of a regular lemon,
garnering significant attention for its high nutritional value.

Heating Instructions

Cut the fruity pastry into four equal quarters, and place in an oven or air fryer at 230°C for 2-3 minutes (power varies by appliance; please adjust temperature and time as needed for the first attempt), or pan-fry until the surface changes slightly in color and the aroma is released. Best enjoyed while warm!
